Just wanted to send you an email thanking you for all your efforts and help on getting ‘Debbie’ now named Sookie to us here in Dubai. She is absoloutley fantastic and has brought so much character to our household. We really could not be happier, she is a magnificent example of her species and every day brings a new set of adventures!
I can not fault your service in any way – you always responded to emails at lightning quick speed, always helped out with advice on the technicalities of bringing a dog in to the UAE When Sookie arrived after a 30 hour journey it was clear while she was a little stressed and restless but she had been well attended to during the trip. If I did a 30 hour journey i would be in much worse shape!
On Sookie’s visit to the vets here we were told of some of the more unscrupulous sellers within the european market and the sometimes horrific consequences that occur all too regularly with importing dogs. Our vet was extremely happy with Sookie and remarked more than once on her obvious breed quality. The vet also studied her documentation thouroughly and said that she did not feel the need to see her for at least 6 months.
I genuinley would have absoloutley no hesitation whatsoever in recomending you to friends and family. Ive also attached a couple of pics from her first day home with us. These were taken a few hours after getting her from the airport.

Sorry for the delay in the email –work and the puppy, whose name is now Laith, have been keeping me busy lately. I’m attaching some photos from our camping trip in southern Germany this weekend — Laith absolutely loved it — he has a thing for sleeping in a tent and playing with sticks and leaves! He’s becoming a very well-traveled pup, and very social. He’s almost doubled in size since I got him, but people STILL stop when we go out to play with him. He loves the attention and is quite social — we join the park playgroup every day and he’s starting puppy kindergarten tomorrow morning.
On a separate note, I’ve recommended EuroPuppy to several people, and I have a friend, Matt, who has inquired about a black lab puppy available around the December time. He looked further around the site and also wanted me to ask for him about a Belgian Malinois around that same time. Do you know of anything? I’ll keep you posted on puppy kindergarten!

Good morning Steve, Hope you are well. Sorry meant to send an email earlier but our new guest has kept us busy throughout. He arrived safely on 31st early morning and we took him to the vet on 1st Aug. he is perfectly healthy. He is settled well by now but refuses to sleep away from us. He has shown loads of progress on the few days training . He just started teething again yesterday and so far has been a good boy and chewing his toys only and stops when asked to before he can leave his mark on the furniture. He is the most amazing thing that happened to us and we already have connected so well that it won’t be possible for us to live without him even for a day. For now , he plays for half an hour and then sleeps for 3 – 4 hours. We as a family have taken some time off from work to ensure that he settles well and has all the love and time that he needs to adjust to the new environment. He is very affectionate and brilliant, training him will be an easy task I think but he can be a bit stubborn at times J We are very grateful to you for helping us adopt our new son. Hi Eddie, I just went to see Jasmine at the airport and gave her a meal. She was super hungry! She finished it in 20 seconds..Tomorrow morning I have to go again to meet the vet as the vet duty is up to 9pm only.
Then quarantine for rabies test. She’ll be home and settled by 11am. She looks better than the pictures!! Thank you very much Eddie.
People warned me that Europuppy dogs look better in the picture, however I found the opposite to be true.(Include this in your site) 😉

Dear Eddie We are so sorry that we didn’t email earlier… but sure you experienced this before… like many other families we were down to our ears with “ICE”… we are still hand full with the potty training ,the chewing everywhere and his super energy!!!. Yet we are so happy with him he is such a wonderful clever little fellow, my 3 kids adores him and still they cant get all his energy out!!! 😀 . Eddie Just to let you know Kristen has been to the vet with Clover this morning (now called Oscar by the way!). The vet has given him a clean bill of health and said that he is in very good condition.
He has eaten well both when we got home at 3am and also first thing this morning and is settling in well. I’ll let Kristen send you a couple of photos as she is at home with him today.
Many thanks for all your help- we have been very impressed with the service we have received from Europuppy and would certainly recommend you to others.
